Another high-quality coffee shop "Alfred { Coffee & Kitchen }" on Melrose, is now open in LA :) Han Han visited today and had a cup of Cappuccino and a apple fantés, very nice brunch combination. The baristas are outfitted in apparel provided by rag & bone. The
coffee is Stumptown coffee. The pastry items are from Susina Bakery.
住在LA西邊的人有福了！除了urth cafe之外，Melrose上又新開一間充滿時尚和文青(hipsters)的咖啡店“Alfred { Coffee & Kitchen }”。簡單的兩層黑白裝潢、俏皮新潮的鬍子icon，讓整間店除了咖啡香味之外，更增添許多讓人愛不釋手想要待上半天的時間。在Alfred { Coffee & Kitchen }工作的咖啡師們，配合Melrose上的時尚，制服都是穿rag & bone。而Alfred { Coffee & Kitchen }的咖啡豆是用第三波精品咖啡龍頭之一的Stumptown coffee，Han Han 點了一杯Cappuccino，還蠻不錯的。
